Product Introduction

[High Voltage Iron Core Starting Reactor QKSC Series]

Starting Reactor, HV Motor, Iron Core, QKSC, Current Limiting
QKSC series HV iron-core starting reactor limits inrush current during HV motor startup, reducing stress on the main transformer. High-quality iron core, Class F insulation, vacuum casting. Ensures smooth motor starting in high-voltage applications.

High voltage core reactor

●High Voltage Motor Starting Cabinet

●Product Features

◆ High-quality iron core reduces core loss and heat generation
◆ Class F polyester film insulation material for electromagnetic wire
◆ Vacuum casting process for coils, moisture-proof, dust-proof and corrosion-resistant
◆ Scientifically designed core structure ensures excellent linearity and stability
◆ Electrostatic spraying surface treatment for long-term operation in harsh environments

●Operating Instructions

1. Before starting, verify the reactor tap setting matches the motor parameters.
2. During normal startup, the reactor limits inrush current and automatically switches to full voltage after the motor reaches rated speed.
3. If startup fails: adjust the tap to 85% tap position and retry the motor start operation.
4. Ensure the reactor is properly connected to the HV motor starting cabinet with all safety interlocks in place.
5. Regular inspection of insulation resistance and core condition is recommended for reliable long-term operation.
