◆ Excellent differential-mode low-pass principle

The RCSOL series sine wave filter is a differential-mode low-pass filter that suppresses the switching frequency components of the VFD and smooths the phase-to-phase output voltage into a sinusoidal waveform. This reduces motor insulation stress and bearing currents. By providing a sinusoidal voltage waveform to the motor, switching noise is also eliminated.
◆ High-quality magnetic core and insulation materials

Magnetic materials (silicon steel, ferrite, amorphous core, powder core) are selected based on the customer's operating frequency. Proper magnetic material selection ensures the sine wave filter maintains appropriate temperature rise under various high-frequency conditions. Inter-turn insulation uses high-performance H-grade or above NMN composite insulation materials, ensuring safe and reliable high-temperature resistance even under harsh operating conditions.
◆ Superior manufacturing processes ensure reliable product quality

The core uses high-quality, low-loss imported cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel. The core column is divided into uniform sections with multiple air gaps, using epoxy laminated glass cloth boards as spacers to ensure the air gaps remain stable during operation. This guarantees excellent linearity of the reactance value and prevents deviations caused by loose air gaps during long-term continuous operation. High-precision CBB capacitors are matched to ensure accurate tuning frequency for standard sinusoidal waveform output.
◆ Full computer simulation-aided design ensures product quality

The sine wave filter is designed using computer simulation, with proper selection of inductance and capacitance values for correct tuning to ensure product reliability. During winding, consistent tension and speed are maintained with automatic correction procedures to improve coil precision. Lead-out terminals use high-quality ultrasonic welding equipment—no open flame, no arc—providing excellent welding performance and stability without cold solder or burn-through.
◆ Overall vacuum impregnation process

The reactor and capacitor are structurally designed with a side-mounted capacitor configuration, abandoning the traditional top-mounted design to prevent heat generated by the reactor during operation from overheating the capacitor, thereby improving long-term reliable operation of the capacitor.
