Comprehensive factory tests confirmed that all performance indicators meet or exceed the requirements of GB/T 1094.6 and GB/T 10229, marking a new achievement for Shanghai Ruikang in high-voltage power quality management.

1. Lean Manufacturing with Full-Process Quality Control

Core Manufacturing: Using premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets (grade 30Q120), precisely cut with automatic slitting and shearing lines, with burrs controlled within 0.02mm. The core adopts a multi-step lapped lamination process to effectively reduce joint reluctance and no-load losses. After stacking, core loss testing ensures each unit stays below design limits.

Coil Manufacturing (All-Copper Process): All coil conductors use high-purity oxygen-free copper rods drawn into flat copper wire, with conductivity ≥98% IACS. No copper-clad aluminum or aluminum substitutes are used, ensuring no performance degradation from conductor heating under long-term full-load operation. Winding is performed on CNC winding machines with uniform inter-turn tension control, ensuring compact coils and consistent turn spacing. Layer-to-layer and turn-to-turn insulation uses Class H polyimide film and Nomex paper composite structure, with epoxy resin vacuum-cast to fully fill internal micro-pores, forming a dense insulating matrix that greatly enhances moisture resistance, voltage withstand, and corona resistance.

Assembly and Testing: Each unit undergoes insulation resistance measurement, DC resistance measurement, inductance and impedance measurement, inter-turn withstand voltage test, power frequency withstand voltage test (42kV/1min), and temperature rise test. All test data is automatically recorded and archived, ensuring full lifecycle traceability. Products also undergo 24-hour continuous energized aging run before shipment to further verify long-term reliability.

2. Outstanding Performance: All Key Indicators Meet or Exceed National Standards

Comprehensive factory test results for this batch of 10kV HV iron-core SVG connecting reactors:

Inductance deviation ≤±4% (national standard ±5%), power frequency withstand voltage 42kV passed, core temperature rise ≤65K (national standard ≤95K), coil temperature rise ≤85K (national standard ≤120K), noise ≤65dB(A) (national standard ≤70dB), insulation resistance ≥500MΩ (national standard ≥100MΩ), DC resistance unbalance ≤1.2% (national standard ≤2%).

The low resistivity of pure copper coils significantly reduces DC resistance. Combined with optimized heat dissipation structure design, both core and coil temperature rise values are more than 20K below national standard limits, ensuring reliable operation even under long-term full load or short-term overload. The full vacuum epoxy casting process delivers longer insulation life and safer operation.
