●Product Features

◆ Principle of Good Differential Low-Pass Filter

The RCSOL series dudt filter is a differential-mode low-pass filter that can suppress the switching frequency components of a VFD and smooth out the dudt voltage between VFD phases to prevent voltage spikes. This helps reduce insulation stress and bearing currents in motors. By providing the motor with a steady voltage waveform, it can also eliminate the switching noise of the motor.
◆ Using high-quality magnetic core materials and insulation materials

Choose magnetic materials (silicon steel sheets, ferrite, amorphous cores, magnetic powder cores) based on how often the customer uses them. The right magnetic material ensures that the dudt filter maintains a proper temperature rise under different high-frequency conditions. For inter-turn insulation, high-performance NMN composite insulation materials rated H or above are used, so the product can still keep its safe and reliable high-temperature performance even in harsh working conditions. This way, even if the ambient temperature rises or the site environment is tough, the product's insulation won’t degrade due to heat, preventing quality issues.

The core is made from high-quality, low-loss imported cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets. The core column is divided into evenly sized segments by multiple air gaps, with the gaps separated by epoxy laminated glass cloth boards to ensure that the reactance gaps don't change during operation. This ensures the reactance stays linear and won’t drift over long periods of continuous use due to gap loosening. We also use high-precision CBB capacitors and high-power resistors to match, ensuring an accurate high-tuning frequency so it can output a stable, standard waveform.
◆ Fully automatic computer-aided simulation design ensures high-quality products

The DUDT filter is designed using computer simulations, carefully selecting the inductance, capacitance, and resistors for proper tuning to ensure product reliability. During the winding process, the same tension and winding speed are maintained, and automatic correction programs are applied to improve coil manufacturing accuracy. The lead-out employs high-quality ultrasonic welding equipment, with no open flame or arc, providing good welding performance and stability, and avoiding issues like cold soldering or burn-through.
◆ Overall vacuum varnishing process of the product

In terms of structural design, instead of the traditional top-mounted capacitor design, the reactor and capacitor use a side-mounted capacitor setup. This prevents the reactor from generating heat during operation that could overheat the capacitor, thereby improving the long-term reliable operation of the capacitor.
